Here's exactly what to expect.

Show up 10 minutes early
Park out front (free parking always). Walk in, check in at the front desk, get your locker key, and meet your coach.

We meet you where you are
Your coach asks about any injuries, training history, and what you want to get out of class. Every movement is scaled for your level.

You train. We coach.
Warm-up. Strength block. Conditioning block. Cool down. 45-60 minutes total. Real coaches watching real form.
4
Recover + go on with your day
Cold plunge or sauna if you want it. Shower facilities, lockers, and member parking. Most members are in and out in under 75 minutes.

Visited for a weekend pass to use the open gym and was blown away. The equipment selection is outstanding — Arsenal, Rogue, Hammer Strength — all in great condition, and the floor never felt crowded. Facility is clean and the atmosphere is filled with people who are disciplined.
Big shoutout to Lynn at the front desk — super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Charlotte!

An absolute GEM!
Tried this place out going on 4 years ago, a lot has changed since for the better. New pieces are being brought in on almost a weekly basis, the staff and owner Bryson are super kind and hospitable.
Lots of amenities offered alongside group classes daily.
There’s even some staple pieces in this gym you probably have never used or will never run into again.
Oh and the leg day room? TOP NOTCH! Inspirational posters all around for any type of person to have a killer leg day pump!
I hate that I didn’t visit back sooner than I did.

Had an excellent workout at Hive Fitness in Charlotte. The facility is clean, well organized, and equipped with an impressive selection of strength training equipment. We had a great leg workout and especially enjoyed the linear squat and pendulum squat machines. The atmosphere was energetic and welcoming, and it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into creating a top notch training experience. If you’re looking for a gym with great equipment and a motivating environment, Hive Fitness is definitely worth a visit.
