• SMS (text message), when you tap a “text us” button we open your phone's messaging app with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send. Texts about passes and classes go to our Customer Experience Manager; personal training texts go directly to our Director of Personal Training. We use the phone number and any details you send only to reply to you and arrange your visit or training.
• Our web hosting provider, hosts our website and may collect server logs.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers, with the third-party services listed above, only as necessary to provide our services
• Legal compliance, when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfers, in the event Hive Fitness is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred
• With your consent, in any other case where you have given us your specific consent
