A 30-minute conversation about your goals, your training history, your timeline, and what you're trying to build. No pressure — we're figuring out together whether Hive Pro is the right fit for you, and whether you're the right fit for Hive Pro.

Intake & Assessment

Body composition scan, movement screen, current programming review, and a comprehensive intake on your nutrition, recovery, supplementation, and lifestyle. The first 7 days are about building a baseline.

Coaching Begins

Your custom training, nutrition, and supplement plan launches in week two. Weekly check-ins, progress reviews, and direct coach communication start immediately and continue every week you're a Pro member.
