A one-time fee that goes directly back into your gym. It funds new equipment, facility upgrades, member events, and the kind of clean, well-maintained space you walk into every day. When you invest in Hive, we invest right back into the room you train in, and into the community you're joining.
A small annual fee charged once per year on your membership anniversary. Goes toward keeping the gym at top condition. Fresh equipment, ongoing facility upgrades, and no surprises in your monthly rate.

Is there really no contract?
You can always go month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no fees, no penalties. If you want a lower rate, Open Gym 365 and Ignite+ Unlimited offer 6- and 12-month agreements.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade between Open Gym 365, Ignite+ Unlimited, Elite, or Hive Pro with no penalty. Email connect@hivefitnessclt.com or talk to any coach at the front desk.
What discounts do you offer?
10% off monthly dues for active-duty military & veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, teachers & educators, and students. 20% off each additional membership at the same address (family & household). Paid-in-full pricing is our lowest rate: $99/mo ($1,188/yr) on Open Gym 365 and $129/mo ($1,548/yr) on Ignite+ Unlimited. Corporate discounts for businesses enrolling 5+ employees. One discount per membership . Offers don't stack, and valid ID or credentials are required at signup.
What happens if I get injured or have to pause?
Memberships can be paused for medical reasons with documentation. Pauses up to 90 days are free; longer pauses can be arranged. Talk to us. We work with you.
How do I cancel?
Email connect@hivefitnessclt.com or tell us in person. 30 days notice required. No exit interview, no last-ditch save attempt. We respect your decision.
